US spies fear allies will stop sharing intel

For all their famed prowess, American spy agencies rely a great deal on foreign intelligence partners for help on everything from counter-terrorism to cybersecurity. Such relationships are especially vital in regions where language and cultural barriers are high. Figuring out what’s happening in North Korea, for instance, is much easier done with the help of South Korea’s intelligence sector.

This would be a huge departure from all established intelligence precedent, and potentially disastrous for many of our ongoing programs.

The IC that gave us this gem: CIA head Brennan back-peddles on Trump 'dirty dossier' claiming he hasn't even read it

Ok, noted. Ther CIA is desperate to try to get something to stick on Trump. Can't have a president not a fan of their regime change dick rubs. He needs to gut and re-do the whole agency

Also lol @Liberals being fans of CIA now

Party of Frank Church now loves the agency! Oh how my party has destroyed itself. JFK is rolling in his damn grave

So South Korea is gonna withhold information from the president who's actively pushing to build missile defense against NK ICBMs as well as picking a fight with China over the SCS?

Do you realize how asinine this all sounds?

Where did I say I loved it? I can be critical and still recognize that it plays an important role and that compromising its structure is detrimental to the country.

When did I say you were the party? Dem approval of the CIA has skyrocketed recently

And I'll say they've tarnished and let down the US consistently over the last half century
