If You Were The Last Person On Earth

This topic had a bit of an odd premise so couldn't be sure how to title. But here's the idea.

If you could be the only person in the world, would you?
Before you answer I'll answer for you. Probably not. Why? Because no matter how much you dislike other people...you need them. To keep electricity going, to keep producing food, etc etc. Sure you can do some of it on your own but it's not going to be an enjoyable life.

Now here's where the real question of this thread comes in. What would you, personally, need to consider being the only person left in the world? Or would you never consider it? And why, for whatever the answer to these questions are, do you think that?

I would appreciate if more than a sentence of thought is put into this. Really consider the options.

as far as being the last human, i think i'd rather enjoy tho loneliness for a period of time, until i ran ot of games , food, and power. yeah, it;s not worth it for me, not until artificial intelligence comes into existence, so i can manufacture company and servants at my leisure.

but honestly, for me to consider being the last person on earth, all other people alive would have to piss me off to a degree where i simply would not care about any other person. and while i've definitely been pissed enough to feel like lowering the overall human percentage by a large degree, i've never been pissed enough to consider enacting or enduring human extinction.

Consider this.

What if you could have infinite electricity and food?

What if you could still have games, books, and DVDs, etc, delivered to you?

I'm not asking realistically because, as I said, realistically the actual answer is "I'd never" in the end. :)

can i also have a cat(s)? if i can't, then deal breaker, if so, i'd have to say yeah, sounds pretty decent. but at the same time, i happen to like multiplayer games, and being the only person left on earth would ill any chance of me having fun wrecking scrubs online. so yeah, i'd probably still decline. if there were maybe 20 other people on earth, al with similar interests, that'd probably be golden, but as the very last person, i'm gonna have to say nope. i occasionally do like company, and having zero chance of friends dropping by would just suck.

I wouldn't want it to happen, but if it came down to it I'd be able to make it work. I'd be able to loot whatever I needed in terms of sustenance and recreation, and I could live wherever I wanted. I'm not sure if I'd be able to do anything to keep the internet going once it eventually stopped, I honestly don't know how it works in terms of being a provider, but I could at the very least have electricity even if it meant resorting to gasoline powered generators or something. There'd most likely be no issues regarding having everything I need/want until my eventual death. I'd probably not have any major issues with the loneliness, I'm the quiet sort of person who tends to keep to themselves as it is and I'm very good at maintaining calm and am rarely bothered by things. I might have the occasional sad time but I'm sure I'd get over it.

Like others here I'd rather not be the last muthafucka breathin', but if I had to, I'd feel obliged to live it out as best as I could and see how it plays out. There'd be a lot of intrigue and questions involved in being the last and only person left. How did I survive what nobody else could? Am I the chosen one? If so, why? Etc. I'd likely pray a lot and try to get in touch with whatever force saved me from the destruction of everyone else.
