Gone are the days that Ice Barriers were useless. Since the release of Prior, they were able to play the Rank4 game, with Bahamut Shark acting as their ace, but slowly and were casual at best; then Jigobyte was released, who works well with the Spellcasters Strategist & Spellbreaker, but they still went unnoticed.  Now, however, they can Toadally play the Treatoad-Bahamut game.

I'm running Spellbreaker over other Level4 Ice Barriers because it is a Spellcaster for Jigobyte plus a Salvage target. Picking Spellbreaker & Prior with Salvage is pretty much a "Normal Summon a Rank4 monster", as long as a target for Prior is provided.

The Swap Frog "engine" is something I'm still testing. It is intended to make an easy Treatoad by discarding a Swap Frog/Ronin, discard Spellbreaker to make a Prior or IF-->Norden live, or complete a Rank2 with Prior if needed. However... sometimes the hands get weird with a lone Swap Frog, although so far I have managed to stay up in my test duels.

Update:

-3 Swap Frog

-1 Ronin

+2 Bubbleman

+1 ROTA

+1 E-Call

Yeah, the frog "engine" was unwieldy since the beginning, so I opted to finding a way to make the Rank4 game faster, and the Bubblemans + 2 ROTA have worked the best for me so far.

And I dare to say the Deck is actually at Bahamut HEROes of power level, if not outright top tier, if it wasn't for a clear Maxx "C" weakness. I don't know if they look like it from just the decklist, but damn, these guys can easily make Bahamut + Raffly + Feral King in a single turn, even more tasty if it's on turn 1. Heck, sometimes I would add an additional Rank4 like Utopia or 2nd Bahamut to the lock mix if it wasn't for the Xyzs overtaking the field space. Salvage plays an important role on retrieving Prior, Jigobyte or Bubbleman, who can Special Summon themselves from hand, or simply fodder for Strategist, Twin Twisters and even Treatoad (by picking Prior) and Spellbreaker for a game-sealing lock on Spell Cards, although I have yet to do the latter 2 vs. a player, plus it can be made live even on first turn by detaching from King of Feral Imp and Bahamut Shark.

Update:

-1 Salvage

-1 BTH

+1 Chocolate Magician Girl

+1 Floodgate Trap Hole

Yeah... as strong as Salvage can be, even in this deck it can get cloggy at 3 and sucks when you draw multiples of it and not enough WATERs early game. Instead, I felt an additional monster would help for the Rank4 plays, and after testing Archfiend Eater (summons itself if I control Spellbreaker/Srtrategist, Jigobyte can float into it), which didn't work, I resorted to a +1 E-Call for a while, but right now I'm testing Chocolate Magician Girl, a Level4 WATER that can make Jigobyte live and assists in making Bubbleman live as well by discarding the Spellcaster IBs; it has yet to lead to bad opening hands. The only thing it's missing is being a Salvage target; damn, both her and Strategist were so close.

If that doesn't work, then I can always resort to Upstart Goblin, I guess.

As for Floodgate, well, some lock monsters come with pesky immunity to destruction, so a 2nd Floodgate over BTH should help with taking care of them.

Seems awesome. I loved the deck so much at first sight I took it for a spin on YGOPro (with the minor adjustment of a 3-0 strike-warning split due to personal preference) and it's hilariously easy to establish complete locks with Shark and pals on the first turn. I found the Bubblemans to be cloggy from time to time and the inclusion of Sky Calvary Centaurea to be questionable, but I can see the value they bring to the table.

(Gnarly sidedeck tech, by the way. The Cherries + Extra Deck monsters strat is just too cute not to love.)

Thank you giving a try and for the comment!

The deck does have given me trouble with opening hands with multiples of Jygobytes, or Tin Goldfish and/or Priors, but no Spellcaster IB to be seen; but overall, at the very least it can drop a single Bahamut Shark, sometimes 2 and Feral Imp, in rare cases 2 Bahamut + Rafflesia, but usually it is Feral Imp + Bahamut. In fact, double Bahamut seems so recurrent that I am questioning if the Rafflesia and Trap Holes are needed at all, and the space could be used for something else.

And yeah, Sainturea in theory is there for the cases I'm cornered into Summoning a Rank2 with 2 Priors to deal with a monster bigger than Treatoad, but actually I have yet to resort to it. I guess you could replace it with a Rank4 like Spider Shark, Gagaga Samurai or Cowboy.
