Not really sure what is Toon Magician Girl doing there. You may be better off with more Toon Dark Magicians and Red-Eyes B. Dragons; also I saw a Toon deck that ran "The Black Stone of Legend" to summon Toon Red-Eyes from the Deck and get things rolling with its effect. You could go as far as running Black Metal Dragon(s) and "One for One".

If you take this route, then add some Rank7s as well.

Instant Fusion (IF) + Norden for Rank4 plays may be handy; plus, with a Level4 WATER in Toon Mermaid it opens Toadally Bahamut plays. With IF you can splash Panzer Dragon as Toon Cyber Dragon(s) for the occasional CyDra Infinity, as well.

Other Traps to consider are Dimensional Barrier, and last time I checked Vanity's Emptiness was still doing stuff.

Not too keen on Field Barrier: it should be easy to pick another Kingdom once the one on the field is destroyed, and Field Barrier can backfire if your opponent manages to remove Kingdom anyway, as it won't let you activate another one.

Magician Girl is here because unlike the other Toons, she can attack the turn summoned. Also, the only reason I'm running Field Barrier is because I can't find another spell card I've been looking for. What it does is it puts a counter on a card on the field and if that card would be destroyed, you can remove the counter instead. As soon as I can figure out what that card is, I'm replacing Field Barrier with it.

 

Also, Toadally Bahamut? *googles* I mean, yeah! Toadlly Bahamut! hehe...Damn, I'm out of touch.

 

Anyway, I dropped the Necroface's to add in order to add in 2 Black Stones and added in another Toon Red-Eyes to make some rank 7s by dropping Terraforming. Though, is there any way I could play rank 8s instead? I like that rank way better to make Number 77.

I thought Toons ran like 3x Salvage with Mermaid, since it's the easiest low-level monster to summon (for tribute and XYZ plays) and recycling it is cool.

Also, why are you playing Gemini Elf and Masked Sorcerer?

No, that's not it. From what I remember, it's a spell card. Though, that is a similar effect.

 

I'm playing Sorcerer for the draw power and Gemini Elf for the discard effect, also because it's level 4 for rank 4 plays.

Magic Reflector is the card you look for. But even then, I don't think it is worth to invest on protection for Toon Kingdom. They become dead draws without the Field, and copies of the Field become dead draws as well once you set up and protect 1.

Is that so? Then destruction removal may be more common that I thought. It makes sense, considering the presence of Drancia. In that case, yeah, you can try protecting Kingdom instead. And to deal with the dead Spell Cards, maybe you could make use of Summoner Monk? Just dropping the idea.

More so Twin Twisters and the like. I've considered Monk. I might drop two Magician Girls for it. I think I might also have to drop either a Comic Hand or Mimicat for One for One since I haven't been able to try out any rank 7 plays with Red-Eyes.

Before adding 1-for-1, you could try a 3rd Black Stone first, also to get Rank7 plays more often, you will need more Toon Dark Magicians as well. If you opt for Monk, then more copies of Instant Fusion will come in handy for Rank4 plays and Monk fodder.

Wouldn't playing more Red-Eyes be more practical than Dark Magician for rank 7s, considering that Red-Eyes is the monster being summoned from the deck? Also, after dropping the Magician Girls for Monks, what should be dropped for a second Instant Fusion, the Mimicat or a Comic Hand?

Ah yes, you will need 3 Toon Red-Eyes of course. I mentioned Toon Dark Magician as example of an additional Level7 Toon, plus unlike other Toons, it has an effect, which is a plus.

I would drop Mimicats before Comic Hand because you have less control on the former as it depends on what the opponent has, whereas the latter is well, really good and IMO one of the main incentives for playing Toons; it is a Snatch Steal, after all.
