I Hate Snatch Steal
1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters(This card's name is treated as "Star Eater") Must be Synchro Summoned, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. This card's Synchro Summon cannot be negated. If this card was Synchro Summoned it is unaffected by other card's effects this turn. During your Battle Phase, if your opponent controls a monster after this card's first attack, this card can make a second attack. If this card attacks an opponent's monster, it gains 1000 ATK during the Damage Step only. The only use I'd heard of for the original star eater was getting over apoqliport towers before S39 came out. Thus I decided to improve it. Did I make it still too weak, too powerful, or just right? edit: Added +400 ATK effect for use against ultimate falcon and great magnus edit2: changed +400 to +1000
Darj
Star Eater doesn't need a retrain; it's already amazing as a generic 2-material Synchro11 that ignores everything else when it attacks. And this retrain is taking it too far IMO: it's way too rewarding for a Synchro that can be Summoned with just 2 monsters.
ChampionZero
I agree with Darj on this. I've run an Igknight Deck that can summon Star Eater on the first turn, and it's absolutely brutal. A retrain -especially this retrain- is giving Forbidden-levels of power to what should be Limited. Honestly, this thing could OTK a person.
