Update The Cardmaker Card Type

Current cards now not only say the type and effect/tuner/union/synchro/gemini/pendulum/ritual/fusion/xyz

They currently list what used to be Warrior/Tuner as Warrior/Tuner/Effect

if the card has an effect. This means that the cardmaker is out of date and needs the ability to add a third option, and for a Warrior/Synchro/Tuner/Effect

It would need four.

You can just add " / (secondary type)" in the type box if your card is supposed to be a Tuner/Spirit or whatever. Granted, it will be out of order for Synchro Tuners, but it's not something we can do. 
 
Again though, only YCMaker can make heavy edits to the cardmaker, and as I told you in the other thread, the chances of him coming around to make the necessary adjustments are very slim (heck, the Imgur problem needs fixing and certainly Pendulums).

It's not that we don't want to update the cardmaker, but rather it's something that we cannot do (or if evilfusion does update it, the whole cardmaker can get shut down). 

 

A lot of us are using TCGEditor nowadays; perhaps try that out.

Okay, I understand. That must be frustrating from a moderator standpoint. I just figured this was the purpose of the suggestion forum, to propose suggestions for updates.

Well, you can suggest stuff that we can do to update the forum, and certainly updating the cardmaker counts as something.

 

We'd all like to have the cardmaker updated to reflect recent changes, but that function's more/less limited to YCMaker as it's his code. If one of us tries to modify it, something could glitch and the whole cardmaker would shut down.

(At the time of this post, site's under renovation, but basically it's a better desktop version of our cardmaker for the most part. There are some issues like the type bar being large and leaving a lot of space, but you'd have to bring it up with the designer. Most of us are using it now for Pendulums and other stuff)
