ENMaker
http://www.bbc.com/news/world-latin-america-38140981https://www.theguardian.com/world/live/2016/nov/29/brazilian-team-chapecoense-onboard-plane-that-crashed-over-colombia-latesthttp://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2016/11/29/colombia-plane-carrying-brazil-football-team-crashes-latest/ Basically they were flying to Argentina to play the first leg of the Copa Sudamericana final, and the plane crashed in Colombia. Of 81 people on board, 71-76 died (reports are varied, some more up to date than others but not entirely sure which is right), 3 players 2 crew members and a journalist survived the crash for certain but one of the players later died. Just unbelievable really. Don't know what else to say. https://twitter.com/tancredipalmeri/status/803595749208395776?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw Apparently they're going to be given the cup, and other clubs in Brazil will loan them players for free and are requesting that they be exempt from relegation for 3 years. There's other stuff too, don't know if it's in the linked articles or not but none of it's really confirmed.
Dad
Jesus man, that's heartbreaking. Not to mention terrifying. The entire country is going to feel that blow. Losing their team to something so tragic is just. . .wow man. May they rest in peace.
