Thomas★Zero
Fusion Enforcer lv 3 DARK Fiend/Effect When this card is Normal or Special Summoned, you can send 1 Level 8 or lower Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck to the graveyard; increase this cards ATK equal to the Level of the monster sent to graveyard by this effect times 200. The monster sent to the graveyard by this effect cannot be Special Summoned from your graveyard. If this card leaves the field, you can add 1 "Polymerization" from either your deck or graveyard to your hand. You can only activate each effect of "Fusion Enforcer" once per turn. ATK/300 DEF/
Abdelrahman
When this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can send 1 Level 8 or lower Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck to the Graveyard; this card gains ATK equal to the sent monster's ATK, also the monster sent to the Graveyard by this effect cannot be Special Summoned from the Graveyard. When this card leaves the field, you can add 1 "Polymerization" from your Deck or Graveyard to your hand. You can only activate each effect of "Fusion Enforcer" once per turn. This first effect is really good, perhaps too good. It can be used to send the Shaddoll Fusions to the Graveyard, thus triggering their Graveyard effect, adding a Shaddoll Spell/Trap from your Graveyard to your hand, in addition to gaining ATK equal to the sent monster's ATK. I think sending a Level 8 or lower Fusion from the Extra Deck to the Graveyard without the ATK gain is enough. As for the second effect, it's okay. It can trigger without missing timing if destroyed by battle, but it'll probably miss timing when it leaves the field by a card effect. You should probably change it to an "if" effect since searching Polymerization is not super good or anything.

Altered the effect where first is changed from the Fusions ATK to its Level times 200 (max 1600 + 300 = 1900 ATK max), then fixed the second effect where it has If for the fixing that timing issue. Darj
Funnily enough, you can mill Predaplant Rafflesia for a similar effect to the now-redacted Graveyard effect of Yuri-kun's "Ultimate Polymerization" xDIt can send Ntss too for destroying a card on the field. I'm not sure about the milling effect because it can make use of floater Fusions as a toolbox. I wish I had an straight answer, but I just don't know myself. I mean, by design it is not a good idea since its toolbox is bound to grow as time progresses and Konami makes more cards, but I find difficult to determine its hypothetical, actual impact without a throughput evaluation of the game and its power levels, trends, etc. For example, the closest to this card's effect is Gale Dogra, which can also mill Synchros and Fusions for a bigger toolbox (e.g. Arc Light), but has low stats, undersupported type and level and the effect costs 2000 LP, so you don't see it being abused (yet). Meanwhile, this is limited to milling Level8 or lower Fusions, but can reach decent stats, has a more convenient typing (e.g. searchable by Scarm and by TGU as fodder and then floating) and doesn't cost 2000 LP, so yeah. I guess this is one of those cards you have to actually test to see how strong it would truly be.
