When you Normal Summon a Dinosaur-Type monster while all monster you control is Dinosaur-Type monster, You can Normal Summon this card in addition to that Normal Summon. And if you do this card and "Dinovirus - Strain: α" in your possession have its Level and Attribute Become same as that Normal Summoned Monster until your next End Phase. if this card is Special Summoned by the effect of Dinosaur-Type Monster: You can Fusion, Xyz, and/or Synchro Summon 1 monster from your Extra Deck, using Dinosaur-Type monsters you control as Materials, including this card.

Okay the card is rather hard to understand but here goes...

When you Normal Summon a Dinosaur-Type monster, and all monsters you control are Dinosaur-Type: You can Normal Summon this card. If this card is Summoned by this effect: The Level and Attribute of all "Dinovirus - Strain: α" in your possession become same as that Normal Summoned monster until your next End Phase. If this card is Special Summoned by the effect of a Dinosaur-Type Monster: You can Fusion, Xyz, or Synchro Summon 1 monster from your Extra Deck, using Dinosaur-Type monsters you control as Materials, including this face-up card.

 

So basically, turn any normal summoned dino into a Xyz. Wow, this is just.. premier Evolzar support. Way more consistent than that silly little rabbit from a while back, since it can be searched by Fossil Dig. The Rank 4 Evolzars are still very effective against this metagame. It can even make Tzolkin if you summon a level 5 or higher dinosaur, or Level 8 synchros with a level 4.

I think this has maybe a bit too much versatility, so you might remove its tuner status. And this card is fine for dinos in their current form, but it's so generically powerful that the instant there's some good dinosaur archetype it'd be up for banning, so you might wanna reconsider the concept.

It's odd that it says "in your possession"; you want it to change the type and attribute of viruses in your grave or hand as well? That means you could summon this with that new Phantasmal Miscellasaurus, make a level 8 synchro, then banish both from graveyard to summon a level 8 dino out of the deck. And the last effect is somewhat pointless; I don't think there's any relevant dinosaur monster who can summon this as a quick effect and the only fusion you might use with this is Starve Venom.
