Like, the Level changing thing is neat, especially since they're in such short supply, and its self-summon is okay... but it will never play nice with Cipher Wing.

Yeah, this card's Level is arbitrarily awkward. It's neither Level 4 like most Ciphers, nor Level 8 like Ciphers want to be. The search effect for Wing is kind of nice, I suppose, but...its base level and Level modifying effect is just random. Sure, turn a Cipher to 8. It's still Level 6, and if you went out of your way to make its own Level 8...cool, is the Cipher you SSed to Summon this a Level 8?

 

It's kind of a plot device card, but it's not USELESS, at least. It's just kind of random.

 

Also, that search effect makes it seem like an Ignition Effect, meaning this card has to be destroyed during YOUR turn.

 

Hopefully they'll buff this a touch if they release it IRL, because Ciphers still need better support and variety in their plays, and most of the Cipher support got made less awkward compared to the anime effect.

Wow, this card would be really nice for Cyphers if it wasn't awkward AF. The search is still nice though 'cause you can grab Wing, who seems pretty important.
