Not saying it's a bad thing to use WP. Just saying even they admit they've got a dog in this fight. There are more balanced papers (centrist) that one can read and cite. But yeah, if WP does a good article that's balanced in my eyes I'll post it. If you wanna read it, great, but I'm gonna call it out when they're blatantly one sided

 

As for the Climate change thing, if we can't fix it, is slowing it down a little really worth all the regulations and economic progress we could otherwise be having? That money can actually be funneled toward making carbon removers more mainstream.

 

It's a lot like abortion in that regard. Both sides fight over this crap and throw lobby money, when that money could instead be used to find a mutual solution

It's a move in the right step. Admitting people who think that honor killing their daughter for wearing a dress or that gays should be stoned nude on the street might not be ideal for this country.

 

Watched the speech, and would like to note that he didn't say screen Muslims. WP says Muslim Immigrants and Visitors, with the former fitting under the latter to push an agenda that Trump is out to get all the Muslims, but it's not accurate with the speech he just gave

 

And yes, everyone from Syria like areas should be screened more. It shouldn't be religion based. Everyone

Well for one, no more refugees being settled here. Instead we build sanctuaries in the Middle east (further boosting the production of steel and other products here).
