-kyo-
continuous trapIf a monster(s) is Special Summoned to your opponent's field: Activate this card by targeting 1 monster you control; it cannot be destroyed by battle or card effects twice per turn. When that monster leaves the field, destroy this card. http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Twin_Big_Shield please discuss

Bringerofcake
I mean it's a more generic gagaga shield, and you can trigger it on Kaiju. It's not terribleass, but it is pretty bad.
evilfusion
The activation condition is what hurts the card. Yes, SSing is absurdly common, and its effect is only so-so, but the fact you can only activate this when the opponent SSes is just such a stupid condition considering what this card's effect actually IS. Restricting a defensive card's timing is never good for the card's usability, unless its effect somehow directly factors in what it's timing is. Like "If your opponent activates a card that targets 1 monster you control" and its effect is something defensive, like inability to be destroyed, etc.

evilfusion
Considering the card might not even get released in RL, I'm more just mentioning that, even in the context of the anime, the card's activation timing is what hurts it the most. Of course this is outclassed by a bunch of different defensive cards, but Waboku also outclasses the majority of Traps used in the anime, so...
