these cards are alright, but just 2 things:

1 - Why is it called Gadgetron Attack if it has nothing to do with attacking or affecting your opponent (but that's a minor thing),

 

2 - also the effect of D.D. Gadget is overpowered; it is far too easily abusable effect. One way I think you could balance it is to make it so that the card is placed at the bottom of your Deck instead of going to the Graveyard, or by only removing the opponent's monster from play for a limited amount of time.

 

But still they are alright, nothing really special here though 7/10

I didn't notice any OCG errors and the effects sound reasonable, too (except D. D. Gadget, whose effect can be quite devastating). It's just a real pity that you didn't post any pictures because I'd really like to see what they look like.

Well on a whole, I think you did a good job, so that makes 8.5/10.

Orange Gadget is overpowered to me.

 

Gadget Cannon's effect doesn't make much sense for its name @.@

 

D.D. Gadget is also overpowered. You should add in an extra downside to its effect.

 

Most of these look really good, just need to be worked on a bit.
