I don't know what could be the problem ,but you should use site's Card Maker its much better ;)

i used the site's download and i re-downloaded it too, and it still does not work.

try just to save it .. and then use photobucket or imige shack to post them..

just click on the card maker writing up the top then save it on photobucket
