Hmm... yeah, I also wish this was a little bit better, or at least had 1 stat around the ~2300. I hoped for it to have a disruptive effect like the WIND and LIGHT ones do, acting as backup for Winda in Shaddolls; instead it is a floodgate-ish monster akin to Winda. It will be funny to have both on the field, although they still allow for a Special Summoned 1900+ ATK monster to break the lock.By the way, this broke that "rule" of Eidolon Beasts having a total of 4600 stats... unless either of the stats was actually misprinted and should be a 2X00. Kanashimi Posted October 18, 2016 Report Share Posted October 18, 2016 This deck really really rely heavily on Aleister, not only for Summoning Magic search or fusion mat, but also for the stat boost (since overall the Eidolon Beast has mediocre/low stats, again exception with Elysion). Given Raideen and Merkabah has 1 effect but 4600 stats total, this have 2 effs . . . idk sounds like koomy wants to balance Caligula, or want to be safe 'cause Shaddoll exist. It looks as if they wanted to play it safe with the DARK Fusion by giving it low stats because of Shaddolls, Aleister itself being DARK, and the relatively outstanding presence of DARKs in the game. I still hold my hopes in Eidolon getting good support cards to compensate for it. Interesting part is, it is a DARK 1000/1800 . . . . same as Aleister, i wonder if it means something hmmmm. Oh, right. You may be into something, there. Perhaps there will be a stronger version of this Fusion, as a counterpart/opposite to the poli-Attribute Eidolon Beast, which is originally LIGHT? (Or outright stupid) Sadly as it is, even rank 4 spam decks can simply use their one monster effect to get another monster so they can overlay to kill this. (Or kill it outright). And a card like this is not something you want to be hard to out. Any backrow makes this thing relevant, and we're slowly but surely getting more good backrow. Slowly. OT: Damn son this is yet another nice addition to the Eidolon Family Gathering. While this card in particular doesn't contribute to those killer boards that you make (eg, Toadally Awesome + Dark Law, or Siegfried + Crystal Wing, or ABC + Infinity) because it locks out your own negates, it does work as an easy to make stun card for when resources are tight. Maybe you guys already speculate it or thought about it but whatever . . . . just pointing out.Further explains that this maybe Aleister in a beast form (or he turn himself as summoned beast/eidolon beast idk).
