After doing some preparations and training, Yamashita told the news to the elder of his clan, ''So, Great Elder, what should we do?'' The Elder mumbled something, ''Right...'' said Yamashita as his body turned into leafs and disappeared....

 

Yamashita went to the Hokages office, ''Hokage-Sama, I spoke to the elder of my clan, we decided that we will send the 10 strongest warriors of our clan to aid Konoha...1 thing, you need a lot of Medical Ninjas, not just because that Annirua is strong, but because of the Kokorone clan as well...'' said Yamashita

It has been over 2 days and on the 3rd day the villages got to Konoha to help them. As they were preparing everyone was nervous as they didn't know when they will attack.
