Is there a way to give reps quickly?

If you've hit the quota, just wait until tomorrow. You can only give out 10 reps within a 24-hour period of time, so if you've hit the quota just hang in there for a bit ^_~

Actually, ~nya~ can give 15 reps / 24 hour period; it's a little more but yeah. (Need to check how many reps each group can give, but I know they're different amounts)

 

Otherwise, the main question got answered by Speedroid; just rep them from their profile page (though a faster one would be to look through posts they already got repped for, and like those if you haven't already)

You go to that person's profile and look at their most recent posts and topics. Then you like them all, even the ones you disagree with. That's how we got Goose up to a thousand reps from the 300 or so they had in a week.
