The Riddler
Greetings, budding detectives! I see that the other 20 have made themselves well at home by now (albeit with just a few being more reclusive than I'm sure Flowey would like). No matter, I am not personally too concerned about them. After all, there will be a few dozen of you hunting them and taking part in their challenges. Dueling and whathaveyou isn't really my chosen forte, unfortunately. I am capable, of course, should I need be, but my personal challenge is far more... Inquisitive. VVJxT2hhQQ==Yes, I am challenging you all to a grand battle of wits! I have painstakingly set up the most spectacular set of puzzles any of you have ever seen! Their difficulty varies greatly, and their are a total of 15 of them! They were originally designed to be solved in the span of three weeks, but surely you all are crafty enough to figure it out in this truncated time frame! After all, so many of you made it through the puzzle Rai made, and it was far more difficult than mine! Now, you may be asking yourself, "How did this spooky scary monster know about something that happened so long ago? Isn't this using meta knowledge that breaks suspension of disbelief? Why do I ask myself questions that The Riddler can so easily dispel?" Luckily, I have answers prepared for all of those! To the first, I am not spooky scary! That is quite offensive, I hope you know. That being said, I have been around much longer than most of you knew! I was just hiding behind the coding of the site, looking through the cracks! Admittedly, I tripped over a line of code a few days ago and may have inadvertently caused a few problems, but the past is in the past! To the second, it may be a bit difficult for you to fully grasp, but this event is definitely bigger than the few weeks it encompasses. Planning began before last year's event had even finished! As for the third, the questions are obviously easy because you are only a hypothetical asker in my own post! Sorry, sorry, I seem to have forgotten my manners. My name is Nygma! Edward Nygma, that is. Of course, you can just call me Ed. Or Edward. Even Nygma would suffice. That said, the name I truly prefer, is The Riddler. From what I understand, this forum has its own caped crusader, so I would love a classic standoff with The Dark Knight Detective himself. I hope that we can have an amicable few weeks together. A true battle of wits doesn't have a single drop of bloodshed. From the victor, at least.

Flash Flyer - Sakura
I know we have a YCM equivalent of Batman, but I've no clue where he's gone as of late. I know a few who were detectives for a time, but then buckled under the pressure. But yeah, welcome to YCM. Make sure you follow the rules, don't cause any problems and there shouldn't be any bloodshed or violence during your stay. Have fun; you'll be here for a while. Elizabeth
Elizabeth Oh my, among this diverse cast whom have appeared, you seem to be one of the most exciting to me. Riddles...the complex language of questioning that divide those based on perceptual skill. I have always been so intrigued as to figuring out certain problems. Lung Tien Lien
You wish to create challenges? I will have you know that i held the esteemed title of zhuang-yuan among my peers... ...Before the death of my Yongxing... I will leave these challenges to the humans this time around. I don't have the motivation, and i must prepare my own events, It pains me to say i grew complacent in my efforts over this week. But I'll ensure that it does not happen again. The Riddler
Why hello there, Elizabeth my dear. I am glad to know that you are interested in my craft. Intelligent intruders like us must look out for each other's best interest. If you are interested, I would love to have a lengthy discussion or three with you, of course with the express purpose of exchanging knowledge. And Lung, I look forward to seeing how you challenge the rest. Be prepared for me to win before they even get a chance, though.
