Pendulum Effect:

Monster Effect:

You can only use 1 “Performapal Laughmaker” Monster Effect per turn, and only once that turn.

(1) When this card declares an attack: You can activate this card’s effect; until the end of the battle phase, this card gains 1000 ATK for each monster your opponent controls whose current ATK is greater than their original ATK and 1000 ATK if this card’s current ATK is greater than its original ATK.

(2) If this card is destroyed (by battle or by card effect) while its current ATK is greater than its original ATK: You can target 1 monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon that monster.

This seems like you'd use it in the very old beatdown stat booster variants of pals.

 

Only problem I see is the fact that it's level EIGHT which makes it way worse.

 

Luckily pendulum summon makes it a lot easier to tribute summon this but still.

It's bad, but I appreciate it, all the same.

 

This feels much more like its Yuya/Ppal's true ace. It's just an incredibly flavorful card, both in terms of user and theme, which really makes me appreciate it's existence.
