Bewitch Wind
Normal Trap Card
(1) Target 1 face-up Special Summoned monster; negate its effect and halve its original ATK
(2) While this card is in the Graveyard, {if/when} your opponent Special Summons a Monster from the Graveyard: You can Set this card on your side of the field. If this card was set by this effect, banish it when it leaves the field.

Specially how its chainable as well since you can pretty much counter most monsters with this outside of tribute decks e.g. Monarchs.

well, you still can't activate it the turn you set it from the grave, but yeah the main effect is pretty epic

Hello there new staple trap ... jokes aside this card is really solid and the retrieval effect is merely an added bonus on top of a card that can completely disable a monster the opponent controls ... unless they use it as a material, meaning this card does nothing against galaxy eyes (except cipher blade and dark matter), general summon materials, twelve beasts etc.

And the condition of the opponent actually reviving something is not even that far fetched, considering it is luckily not restricted to the revival of extra deck monsters.

well Thomas, if that is indeed the correct translation as the Org is also saying, this is incredible. Also another thing I noticed is that unlike Breakthrough, you can target your own monsters with this, which is really really nice for when your opponent is being stubborn and not controlling any effect monsters. It also doesn't have to target effect monsters.
