Atypical-Abbie
Weird ass card, the first thing I think of is Toons. Could be a niche tech

Ryusei the Morning Star
How would Monarchs use this if it cannot be tributed?Oh I was thinking it could clean out the extra on demand and serve as some pretty solid removal
Kaiji
This card is hilariously generic removal. Shame it cant out Crystal Wing. Its not limited to Monarchs and given that it banishes monsters at the start of the damage step the attack gain is aesthetic putside of future damage output and opposing lightning. Its not aesthetic at all, its once per turn. meaning your opponent can bait it with a strong monster, then kill it with a stronger monster. the attack gain just means you'll need stronger and stronger monsters. Toffee.
Personally, I would have liked to see it gaining 200 instead of 100. That aside, I like its 3rd effect.

And the monster your opponent chooses to kill it wont be Lightning or Castel or Drancia? Let alone the fact that I doubt that you'd be unable to produce a board thats more threatening afterwards (you make it going second and it doesnt hinder you from your main plays at all since it doesnt consume a normal summon). Its better to see this as ditectly comparable to a Kaiju where admittedly it does fall a little short.
VCR_CAT
oof, that summon condition. Considering what you're doing to summon this, I feel like it could be a little stronger in some either; either in 200 per banished card, or in a little extra protection. It's a neat meme, but a meme nonetheless.
Draconus297
Okay, so it's eating Gagagigo and D. D. Crazy Beast, two cards that get banished in the artwork of other cards. Does the pattern hold true for the other two?
goodfusion
Okay, so it's eating Gagagigo and D. D. Crazy Beast, two cards that get banished in the artwork of other cards. Does the pattern hold true for the other two? It's Knight Day Grepher, and I think Esper Girl, so yeah (doesn't Warrior Dai Grepher get banished by Warrior Lady somewhere in his storyline?) About the card... I have no idea really what to think about it. The ATK gain is only going to be significant if you banish a huge amount to summon it or use Pot of Desires as well, but it is versatile where you can banish things from, and non-targeting banish face down is great. It's also only a semi-nomi which is cool.
Bringerofcake
I mean it's also Kaiju proof for what that's worth
Guest BGMCANN0N
Best pack filler card ever <3 Dumb idea: You could potentially enable Re-Cover's Graveyard effect through thinning Extra Deck. It is probably most ideal to banish from Extra Deck anyways since you don't minus. http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Re-Cover
Dova
Just realized that if you draw 3 of these and avarice, you get 3 2.5k monsters that can banish a few monsters...but still are easy to get rid of. How hard was it to give this card some protection Konami?
