At six I'm not sure it is constructed playable but 6 for 4/4 flying is good (if depleted some by it being split into 4 1/1s) and this would probably be good in limited and a tabletop staple for a bit. I'd kinda prefer if it was a sorcery that made 5 especially since that would be a nice callback to Thopter Assembly (as well as let it give you a use of Time Sieve).
