LordCowCowCowCowCowCowCowCow
In regards to eating, sickness, and generally keeping fit, how healthy are you? What kinds of things do you do to keep healthy, or, alternatively, what kinds of unhealthy things do you do?
Βyakuya
I really don't care what I eat as long as it ain't excessively drinking soda or overconsuming any salty or sugary foods. I used have a lot of time to work out but now I usually go once a week to the gym for about 2 hours. So I usually slack, but I thank my metabolism for keeping me stable looking and in good health. evilfusion
Well... I label my immune system as borderline invincible, as I rarely, if ever, catch anything, and if I do, the symptoms tend to be super mild and only last a day or two. I'm probably only a little overweight, I honestly haven't checked recently. Fitness, I'm nothing special. I walk to and from work (about 4-5 blocks) and work itself requires me to be on my feet and move around for most of the shift, but this still puts me better off than I used to be years ago. However...I eat fast food and similar for almost every meal. I work at fast food, and by working 4/5 days a week, most of my meals of the week are from there. Walking probably helps a fair bit. My medication kills my appetite, though, so I only eat 1-2 small meals a day, and only occasionally snack. Eating is definitely where my health would be the worst, but bizarrely, it hasn't adversely affected me for a long time. My secret to my invincible immune system - Avoid people. Seriously, I spend most of my non-work time in my room, so I'm essentially quarantined, and I wash my hands regularly, especially at work (I work with food, so I'm wearing gloves and washing hands a lot). I rarely socialize outside of work, and I don't usually go to public places with a lot of germs floating about.

Counteract that I have a slightly higher concentration of HG it's to 19g/dl I have a temper which tends to lead me to get in physical altercations if someone pushes me enough, so bruises and stuff aren't uncommon Immune system is meh, I get sick if I move from areas of vastly different temps (ie I get sick every time I go home from college) BP was high at one pt, but it's prefect now, may have a little to do with me becoming a vegetarian Swim a mile everyday before class. Sleep at 1-2 up at 4-5 so I could get more sleep, might be why I'm short af I kinda went crazy freshman year of college and made some questionable choices with respect to my body, but it's a lot better now I stress and guilt eat
