It seems meh, especially with Kirin being a thing.

Would be better with Monkeyboard legal, but you can bounce Crobat, so that's something

It would be better if Haramboard was still living. Even though Kirin is at 1, it's still more useful at bouncing Joker. It even has the right stats to use in a Tanuki/LV2 Beast deck, but it sucks in that it's a Pendulum that needs to be destroyed in general.
