Flash Flyer - Sakura
Card A is basically a double attacker and monster negation on legs with targeting immunity; all of which are pretty impressive. Yeah, you'll need to expend 3 monsters into making it, but I think they already do the same for Star Eater (correct me if I'm wrong on this), so this shouldn't be much different. No outward gripes about this card, though I kind of feel this could've been permitted to just attack again as opposed to another monster (though nowadays, I don't think it'd make much of a difference given the ease of getting multiple monsters out nowadays; least for certain Decks). I suppose this card isn't another instance of Quasar / omni-negation, but yeah. Card B basically gets immunity to backrow, which is nice (well, except stuff like Sandstorm Mirror Force or things that don't affect it directly). Looking it over, you're probably going to be laddering from either one of the boss Fusions (or Instant Fusion + some Red-Eyes of choice); not sure if they do the latter, but it's possible. Again, I do feel that the negation could be expanded, but it essentially ties into their burn style (despite the possibility of it being an OG Ring of Destruction on top of the negation). At the least, it's revivable off Spirit. (Speaking of Spirit though, nothing's stopping this card from Tributing itself to negate an effect, then hit for 3500 ATK before reviving. Sure, it loses its protection, but that's just something to consider.) -----For now, voting A.

Also, Card B cannot be revived with "Red-Eyes Spirit" since it's a "Black-Eyes" monster, not a "Red-Eyes" monster.
The Frost King
One of my favorite Synchro monsters is Stardust Dragon and Card A totally fits in with the other Stardust cards because of the effect. "Once per turn, during either player's turn, when another monster's effect is activated: You can negate the activation, and if you do, destroy that monster." So my vote goes to Card A. Denying the vote because little has actually been judged on either side. Could you elaborate on the other elements of the card, and if you think they are equal, could you at least say why you think so?

Also, Card B cannot be revived with "Red-Eyes Spirit" since it's a "Black-Eyes" monster, not a "Red-Eyes" monster. Hmm, I misread it while I was at the computer store and assumed it was already a Red-Eyes and triggered from the sent monster's ATK. Card B's effect isn't as bad after looking at it again. Well, it still can deal heavy damage if you negate something like a Kozmo ship or something, but otherwise it's not going to be too much in most cases. I retract the thing about Spirit. Going back to the thing about Instant Fusion, I'm not really keen on this having a generic Fusion requirement and would've preferred it to be a Dragon-Type (so you could ladder from the Red-Eyes Fusions). Granted, there only exists Darkfire Dragon and maybe something else that would qualify as an easy-to-make Fusion to go into this, but still. Otherwise, the card itself is fine (despite the small nitpick about its Fusion component with consideration to what the card can do already). ----Still voting A though.
