(This card's original Rank is always treated as 12.) You can also Xyz Summon this card by discarding 1 "Rank-Up-Magic" Spell Card, then using a "Number 100: Numeron Dragon" you control as the Xyz Material. (Xyz Materials attached to that monster also become Xyz Materials on this card.) Unaffected by Opponents card effects. When this card is Xyz Summoned, you can Special Summon, from your Extra Deck or Graveyard, 1 "Number" Xyz monster, then Xyz Summon, from your Extra Deck, 1 "Number C" monster with the same number in its name as the first monster, by using it as the Xyz Material. Once per turn, you can detach 1 Xyz material from this card, banish cards your opponent controls up to the number of "Number" monsters you control until your opponents next Standby Phase.

You can target 1 other monster you control, this cards level becomes the same the targeted monster. If 1 of this cards effects was used this turn, you cannot Special Summon monsters for the rest of the turn, except for Xyz summon. You can only activate 1 effect of "Rank-Up Star Bit" per turn and only once that turn.

(This Summon is treated as an Xyz Summon. Xyz materials attached to it also become Xyz Materials on the Summoned monster). If an Xyz monster you control would be destroyed by battle or card effect, you can banish this card from your Graveyard instead.
