Flame Dragon
I have like no gold saved, but that is because I did the preorder and have 74 packs already. I'm at almost 6000 dust and I have the 1800 dust refund coming for the hall of fame stuff. Add on the doubles I'll get from those packs and I should be able to build almost anything. Rodrigo
4000 gold, 2000 dust and the preordered packs. I'm more than ready, just under an hour to go!
Shradow
Woo, the expansion is up and-- I AM THE GREATEST HEARTHSTONE PLAYER. EDIT: My first legendary pull after 4 packs was Houndmaster Shaw, I'm so happy! 6 packs later I got Countess Ashmore! 11 packs after that, the Glass Knight! Flame Dragon
My free legendary was Archmage Arugal. Since I want to build elemental mage, I'm happy. Overall pulls Archmage Arugal Duskfallen Aviana Toki, Time-Tinker Dollmaster Dorian Grenn Greymane 3 Book of Spectors 3 Town Crier 3 Baleful Banker 2 Worgen Abomination Totem Cruncher Ratcatcher Deadly Arsenal Nightmare Amalgam Gold Spectral Cutlass (only one, still dusting it) Gold Paragon of Light Gold Holy Water Gold Mistwraith Gold Duskhaven Hunter (dusting even though it is my second copy) Gold Festeroot Hulk Gold Swamp Dragon Egg Gold Swamp Leech Gold Hench-Clan Thug Gold Ravencaller Gold Squashling High numbers of the same rare 6 Carrion Drake 5 Curse of Weakness 5 Blood Witch 5 Festeroot Hulk (1 gold) 4 Redban Wasp 4 Pick Pocket 4 Mistwraith (1 gold) 4 Holy Water (1 gold) 1635 dust + 1150 gold dust = 2785 dust I now have 10590 dust. Could have done better on the legendary front, but I got the one I most want plus the epics needed for the deck. I got a ton of dust for what ever else I might want. Shradow
I got the Shudderwock combo off the first game but mine wasn't nearly as ridiculous as this, the card is certifiably nuts: https://clips.twitch.tv/BenevolentMushyReubenThunBeast But if this is how Shaman gets out of the dumpster I'm happy, it's my favorite class and Shudderwock's easily the Legendary I wanted the most. Also this is cool, I didn't realize they would prompt this upon including them in a deck:

I have 7650 dust after building Elemental Mage list (ot +40 more from a pack) so I can make 4 legendaries. ATM Druid DK and Baku are near the top of the list. Also, just checked to add Phantom Militia to my Taunt Warrior list. I have 0. Sigh. I did open Festeroot Hulk #6 though in my 78th pack.
👀 REP 👀
I got Archmage Arugal as my free class legendary, which is nice. What isn't as nice is only getting 2 legendaries after 35 packs - at least one of them was Godfrey (on the other than, the other was Splintergraft...)Sitting on a bunch of dust though, so I think I'll be fine

Wasn't counting, but it was around 30. 3 legendaries in around 70 packs (discounting the first in 10) is a bit below average.
Shradow
Decided to finally dust abunch of old Wild Legendaries that are really bad that I'll never use and got 3200 more dust. Then went ahead and crafted Frost Lich Jaina, Archmage Arugal, 2 Book of Spectres, 1 Voodoo Doll, and 1 Bonfire Elemental and now I'm running Elemental Minion Mage. It's pretty fun, this is my current list:

Dokutah
Wow you guys got the best luck I got Shaw as my free legendary, then pulling Tess Greymane and Lady in White. Rest just some questionable Epics and Commons After dusting some of the i got 5K dust now Any good Shudderwock deck list? probs gonna spend my dust on that
Shradow
This is the Shudderwock list I've been using (except switching in Zap! for Primordial Drake): https://disguisedtoast.com/decklists/3700-witchwood-shudderwock-shaman In case you don't already know the combo, Trump covers it in this video at the 5:02 mark: When playing multiple Shudderwocks in one turn, prepare something to do on the side as the turns will take several minutes, no joke. Hopefully Blizzard will fix the animation speed eventually, and as to whether or not Shudderwock will actually get nerfed (either directly or indirectly by changing how Saronite Chain Gang or Grumble work) I'm unsure. EDIT: Gonna try and Baku Quest Warrior. It's Fiery War Axe's time to shine again!
Flame Dragon
This is the shell I made for Odd Taunt It is missing Shield Slam, the Echo Taunt, and Baku.
Shradow
This is what I'm using so far: I thought about the Echo Taunt but I'm not really a fan of it actually, and I also tried Blackwald Pixie but there were abunch of times where even at 7+ mana there were other plays I'd want to make aside from Tank Up > Pixie > Tank Up. Thankfully I remembered about Reckless Flurry so I crafted a couple of those, at minimum it's almost like a 5 mana Flamestrike. I didn't want the deck to be so saturated with 3 drops, either, so I tried to limit how many I have in that slot and even then I'm still at 11 right now. Might switch out GorgonZola for something. I also want to try a Baku Priest, if only because Quartz Elemental is cool as hell.

Flurry is an interesting card and good when your armor count is low, but if it is high I'm afraid you'd be giving up too much. When I was starting to throw things together I had Mosh on the short list, but realized I don't have a ton of ways to enable him without Blood Razor. No Acolyte is interesting. I have them since I wanted some card draw and even without all the whirlwind effects he should be able to get me a card. Maybe that isn't good enough for the same reason I don't like Mosh. Tar Lord was also on my short list, but I'd rather the echo taunt. The decks top end is SUPER full and I wanted more early plays. Gorehowl seems really solid here since you have the life to work with. I just don't have one and don't really want to craft it. Pixie is expensive, but being able to rebuy the Rag HP seems REALLY powerful. Plus, again, I wanted more cheap stuff and it can just be ran out as a body if you need it. Shradow
Pixie is expensive, but being able to rebuy the Rag HP Oh funk me, that's right. I've only played a few games and have realized that so far I've won or lost before actually completing the quest so I completely forgot that possibility. I actually didn't think of it until I wrote it down. Not sure where the insight came from, but yea, between the exta armor, extra rag shot, and just being a solid body in a deck looking for cheap plays I quite like it. Shradow
So what's everyone's experience playing with or against Shudderwock Shaman? For me, 10+ minute animations aside, I think the deck is just fine, Shudderwock is broken mechanically but not strength-wise. Like any combo deck, there are tons of people who don't know how to build or play it properly (I've only actually lost to 1 person out of many able to actually pull it off), and it runs into the same issues all combo decks do. It often dies to aggro (of which there is a lot due to Paladin, as well as the recent Baku Hunter) or even just a tempo/midrange deck that curves out well, and Cubelock seems to beat it as well as the deck is still strong having lost only Mistress of Mixtures and N'Zoth to the rotation. It's like the old Exodia Mage (I say old because with Ice Block gone I assume it's not really going to be a thing anymore in Standard) except it's for Shaman. Definitely not on the level of pre-nerf Quest Rogue or anything. Hopefully they fix the animation stuff soon, but it's definitely too early to be crying for a nerf like I see some people claiming. Dokutah
Yeah defintely same experience. As my Shudderwock Combo speed often outrun by aggro user. Also often Being sole 6/6 is actually weak enough if your opponent can replenish their board fast
Shradow
It's definitely fun, and I'm glad I got it as my free Legendary, but (as someone who feels like he's got a good grasp of the combo since it's not really that hard) I'm currently only 4-8 with the deck and I've beaten the deck far more often than I've lost to it. Flame Dragon
My only issue with the deck (haven't actually played against it, just seen it in action) is the animations take too long. This has been an old issue though so hopefully Blizzard increase the speed for stuff like Shudderwock that can just play out a million things.
👀 REP 👀
Yeah, the main issue with Shudderwok is just how long the animations take, especially when you're duplicating it and playing multiples. One other issue is that we probably wont get that many great Battlecries in the future for both neutral and shaman minions because of this thing - honestly, I can see them nerfing it just to open up more design space. As the deck is now, however, I think it's balanced if not a bit oppressive on control decks. I think I might break down soon and just craft Baku. Been playing a Taunt Warrior without it and it seemed alright, but I think ultimately the Baku version is probably better. On a side note, Warpath is a super cool card and has cleared a lot of boards for me on its own.

On a side note, Warpath is a super cool card and has cleared a lot of boards for me on its own. Baku seems like a pretty safe craft. It is powerful and likely show up a fair bit over the next 2 years. As I said earlier that and Druid DK are the two big things I want to spend dust on atm. Yea, Warpath is super powerful and I'm tilted I only got 1 across 78 packs.
Rodrigo
My legendaries from 118 packs were: Darius Crowley (the free one)Hagatha the WitchSplintergraftToki, Time-TinkerChameleosAzalina the SoulthiefThe Glass KnightPrince Liam So not bad, about 1 per each 17-ish packs so above average I think? Had 8000 dust after getting rid of my extras, crafted Baku, but holding out until the meta settles to craft anything else. I might get Shudderwock since it's all the rage, but unsure yet. Had a ton of fun with Paladin with both new legends, Baku decks, and some Cubelock yesterday. Drafted a sick control hunter arena, too.
👀 REP 👀
so I finally caved in and crafted Baku, made a few Baku decks but since we were talking about Taunt Warrior this is what I whipped up list is obviously not refined, as you can tell by some less than optimal options (Molten Blade and Abomination are the most questionable for me, but I like both of them). Phantom Militia is really cool, letting you get 2 or 3 procs for your quest with 1 card is awesome. If I had to replace Abomination, I'd probably put in Witchwood Grizzle or Saronite. Molten Blade would probably get the axe for... well, the axe. Still, Molten Blade lets you do some SILLY stuff which I love, and Abomination is AoE which is why I have it (also I don't want to craft another Grizzly until I open a few more packs just in case). I'm not personally all that big on Whirlwind myself honestly, although I might tech in one because of all these damn Paladins running around (btw Baku Pally is fun, although I'm missing a few of the good cards for that list. Making 2 dudes per Hero Power is sweet).
