Encounter that phenomenon, then put the other cards on the bottom of your planar deck. Planeswalker's AccordMana Cost: {2}Planechase Enchantment If Planeswalker's Accord is in your opening hand, you may begin the game with it on the battlefield. Whenever a player rolls blank on the planar die, starting with you, each player votes stay or leave. If the majority of players votes leave, the active player reveals the top card of his or her planar deck. If that card is a plane card, that player planeswalks to that plane. If that card is a phenomenon card, that player encounters that phenomenon. These cards use a new supertype called "planechase", as they directly support the plane-hopping shenanigans in the format. All planechase cards are colorless to make them easier to slot into any deck, and to make them easier to cast, since they're only good for the Planechase format. Additionally, planechase spells can't be countered.
