This card gains 100 ATK for each monster in the Graveyards. Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can send 1 monster from your hand to the Graveyard, then target 1 monster your opponent controls; send it to the Graveyard.

The card itself is good by virtue of its effects, but at this time, only Decks that can probably make this are Resonators and I guess Fableds. As much as I'd like to say D/D can make it, they don't really make 6s without doing suboptimal stuff. Still, it's nice for getting around destruction protection that a lot of common cards have, and fuels this card's ATK even more. I'd probably see this at least around 2700-3000 ATK minimum when it comes out, which isn't bad.

 

I would say to make it generic, but given it can remove the opponent's monsters at any time (coupled with its stat boost which benefits from said effect), it may be too much. I guess you could just require the non-Tuner requirement to be Fiend, or just make it a 7 or something.
