Raine
Of coarse, this is fantastic news. I don't see the moral dilemma at all. Why shouldn't we play god? This world is mine. I think this world may even just be a long, long dream I'm having. You guys may just be illusions, and it can't be proven whether or not you really exist. In other words, this world was created with me at the center. So what will happen if I die? I don't know. My imagination isn't very creative. I just can't imagine myself dying. In other words, there is no way this world can completely disappear. But if I die, then everyone will disappear. I am the only one in this world who won't disappear. The rest are just people I see, as if in a dream.

Draconus297
Hilariously, their containment plan for keeping GROs in line is essentially to pull a Jurassic Park and make these things dependent on a specific amino acid that scientists would provide. That said, I'm impressed and intrigued.

Delibirb
I mean like superior Humans. Think Khan from Star TrekAnd that's a problem... because? They're superior humans. Still humans though, still our progeny, just better, as they should be. Our population is too large to evolve on our own, so forcing it upon ourselves is not only natural, it's necessary. I'm more for the mechanical method but that can go hand-in-hand with ideal organic canvases upon which to shape our super-civilization.

Delibirb
Competitive exclusion principle. Their existence would mean our extinctionNo, it wouldn't. We wouldn't go extinct, we'd evolve into them, more or less.
