Outset Island[ Legendary Land - Island ] Outset Island comes into play tapped if you control another land. Outset Island does not untap during your untap step. {T}: Add UU to your mana pool. Spend this mana only to cast the first spell each turn.{U}{U}, return a creature from your side of the field to the hand: Untap Outset Island. Activate this ability only as a sorcery. Flame Dragon Posted August 1, 2016 Report Share Posted August 1, 2016 Not sure if it needs the ETB tabbed down side. It already has very large ones with needing both mana and creature to untap as well as being legendary. That said, even as is it can be pretty powerful.
