Tinkerer
Irl If I'm being honest, I would strongly recommend you not to play Cubics without Duja, but if you're determined, below are my thoughts on the matter. Without Duja, the deck really has a difficult time functioning at all. If you are using Cubics as the core strategy, I'd recommend ways to grab Vijam as soon as possible considering it's the only other Normal Summonable/non-nomi monster in the deck. Ghostricks could help in this department as a fair few are level 1 and they can slow the game down. Coupled with "Where Arf Thou?"/"One for One" you could be able to grab Vijam fairly easily. The other aspect is getting the spell/traps in grave. "Beatrice, Lady of the Eternal" can get stuff in the grave, but it isn't super splashable. Discard cards or Spell/Trap destruction cards are really your only other bet in that department. Thirdly, you need to be able to field the monsters effectively. Without Duja to loop for swarms, you have to rely on Vijam/outside help. "A Wild Monster Appears" will get the monsters on the field, however the attack of the monsters will be 0. At that point, you'd have to rely on your opponent to attack into the monster, but if they don't, at least you'd be safe for a turn. Other than that, monster recovery cards are key to field multiple Vijam. CotH, Oasis of Dragon Souls and Powerful Rebirth are all options in that regard. Cubic Core cards:3 Vijam3 Crimson NovaVariable numbers of other monsters3 Cubic Karma2-3 Cubic Wave3 Unification0-2 Cubic Rebirth0-1 Mandala
