Blake
2 Level 8 monstersOnce per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; other monsters you control cannot attack directly for the rest of this turn, also take control of that target until the End Phase, but its effects are negated, its ATK becomes 3000, and its name becomes "Galaxy-Eyes Cipher Dragon". Honestly, just adds to the Darklord shenanigans of stealing everything, though he only really steals Xyz. And if he wasn't already better than the other Galexy-Eyes Xyz (considering Prime Photon IS a giant beater), Cipher Blade makes it so that he has the better name, without losing access to Dark Matter and, more relevant in the case of Darklords, Full Armor. Chains of cheap removal/tons of milling, depending on deck. Really did deserve the cover slot for the OCG equivalent of Dragosn of Legend: Unleashed. Shame that funking 100 got the cover in tcg
evilfusion
It's a beautiful card. Has access to all the other Galaxy support and Galaxy-Eyes support, and can end games almost out of nowhere. Cipher Blade is also really solid. Originally, I thought Blade was just a slightly better (but weaker) Full Armor, until I looked more carefully. Cipher Blade can hit ANY card on ANY field. Full Armor can only hit face-up opposing cards. Plus, Cipher has the "revive Cipher Dragon" effect.
asterr259
Plus, Cipher has the "revive Cipher Dragon" effect. Main reason I go into Blade over FA. Just feels safer imo. Cipher and Blade are surprisingly a help to Galaxy/Rank 8 Decks. Still wish Galaxy Soldier was level 8 Haven't tried the new Darklords yet, but I use to a long time ago when Fairies were pretty good. Stealing an opponent's Xyz monster or Level 8 is very satisfying. I just have to keep in mind that only this card can attack that turn and not the other way around like Big Eye. Important distinction. Anyaways, this card is a fun one, and being able to go from cipher to FA to blade is something fun.
