Anyway, thats a large deck, plus, theres too many fusions, it'll be hard to play with a deck like that, since fusions are REALLY hard to summon

It doesnt matter how many fusions he has, because what matters is if he could get the fusion material monsters on the field and fuse them. You should add 2 Future Fusions and a Polymerazation. Get Fusion Gate too. I also made a deck like this one...and it was easy to summon them.

The problem is that you are trying to mix a Neos deck with a Fusion Elemental Hero Deck. This won’t work well. The main cards you should take out are: Bubble Blaster, Light Laser, and Edge Hammer. These cards are situational and will only become dead draws. Here is an example of a E-Hero deck based around fusions:

When using Polymerization or Miracle Fusion, you can use Fusion Substitutes. This makes King of the Swamp a must have for an E-Hero deck. Discard him, get a Polymerization, and now swampy is in the grave and can be used with Miracle Fusion. The reason for so many copies of E-Heros in this deck is Future Fusion. E-Heros will being pulled out of your deck left and right and so you’d want at least some to stay in. Future Fusion will send E-Heros to the grave, then you can use Miracle Fusion on them instantly to create a Fusion. When using Reinforcements of the Army of E-Emergency Call, try to always choose Stratos. When you summon him, you can add 1 more E-Hero to your hand, making him a staple in E-Heros builds, no matter what kind. Finally, the Royal Decrees play the important role of saving your Fusions that you worked so hard for from Sakuretsu Armors and Bottomless Trap Holes.

Cyber dragon is not Elemental Hero... So does not need

an e hero deck needs a cyber dragon, elemental hero decks don't have enough fire power and your deck is too big
