Sleepy
Gonna reword them real quick. Mastering of Dark Magic[Ritual Spell Card]This card is used to Ritual Summon "Dark Magician - Master of All Mages". You must also Tribute monsters from your hand or field, and/or banish Spellcaster-Type monsters from your Graveyard, whose Total Levels are equal to or higher than the Ritual Monster's. If "Dark Magician Girl" is used for the Ritual Summon, immediately after this card resolves: You can Special Summon 1 Spellcaster-Type monster from your Deck or Graveyard, whose Level is lower than that of 1 of the monsters used for the Ritual Summon. If "Dark Magician" was used for the Ritual Summon, this card's activation/effect cannot be negated. Also, if the Ritual Monster is destroyed: You can Special Summon 1 "Dark Magician" from your hand, Deck, or Graveyard. Dark Magician - Master of All MagesDARK Level 8 [spellcaster/Ritual/Effect] 2800/2600You can Ritual Summon this card with "Mastering of Dark Magic". When Summoned: You can target 2 cards you control; banish the first target, and if you do, the second target cannot be destroyed by card effects (even if this card leaves the field). When this card battles a monster, choose 1 of these.-Negate that monster's effect, until the end of the Damage Step, and then, banish it.-If a Spellcaster-Type Normal Monster battles, your opponent cannot activate card effects until the end of the Damage Step. Also, this card is treated as a Normal Monster for the rest of the turn. - - - - - It sounds to me like the best place for this would be the Magician Girl deck. Choco's draw effect would setup for this Ritual Summon and the girls would quickly search enough to accommodate both Magicians to be banished from the Graveyard. Then you'd Ritual Summon this card, Special Summon a Magician Girl from the Deck, banish a card every time it battles, float into another Dark Magician if destroyed, and have a few cards's attacks be impossible to respond to. Plus, Pre-Preparation of Rites on top of all makes the above eventually a 1 card combo, with everything else moving like it naturally would without this card so it doesn't strain it too much. Not everything in my re-wording is accurate, but tried to balance it out a bit while at it. For example, your effect protection effect makes it sound like you can banish an opponent's card to protect one of yours, and that'd be problematic. Overall nice seeing a Ritual monster being made. I think some effects are not really necessary, like the "treated like Normal" one, and I'm personally not a fan of the Ancient Gear clauses, but overall it looks like a solid card.
