Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must be Special Summoned (from your hand) by banishing "Kozmo" monsters from your hand whose total Levels equal 10 or more, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. Cannot be targeted by an opponent's card effects. During either player's turn, when a Spell Card is activated: You can banish 1 "Kozmo" monster from your Graveyard; negate the activation, and if you do, destroy that card. If this card is destroyed by battle or card effect and sent to the Graveyard: You can banish this card from your Graveyard; add 1 Level 9 or lower "Kozmo" monster from your Deck to your hand.

Mostly run in Fire King island builds, I honestly think we should come back to this card. One of the main advantages of the Island build over the Demise build is the considerable difference in the ceiling; Island Kozmo devotes much more to frontrow, whereas Demise Kozmo focuses more on backrow and a minimal frontrow. the only issue is that our frontrow doesn't cut it at the moment. Infinity and Dark Lady is a great field, but 2 single-shot negations are honestly not that great; against BA it's incredibly insignificant, and against Monarchs they only need to bait out Infinity before proceeding to use Stormforth. The amount of resources used to establish this board feels wasteful when compared to Demise Kozmo using Demise and setting 2 backrow. This paradox of "higher ceiling is better" is even more apparent after noticing that Demise Kozmo actually has topped more because it is less susceptible to disruption and has better overall consistency [thanks to not running Garunix].

The one thing the Island build has over the Demise build is that it has an immensely better turn 2 while still having an adequate turn 1, compared to Demise Kozmo having a subpar turn 2 that is overly reliant on the Normal Summon [which is a weakness of the deck Demise has not solved]. I personally prefer a deck being able to blind first or second to decrease dependence on winning RPS / the dice roll, but the deck's opening board as it stands right now is strictly worse than Demise Kozmo's, My proposal is to re-introduce this into the variant [risking an additional brick] to field a stronger opening board that is on par with the Demise builds.
