I do not play IRL anymore so i dont care about card prices

Also looking to play this TCG, the pot of advicity is mainly there because i liked it while testing

So this is my Take on Destiny hero a bit more modern. The main focus of this deck is to bust out some insane fields using the the malicious + plaguespreader engine as well as masked heroes and general rank 4 help. 

The deck can Make very good first turns such as a dark law + omega/beelze and a rafflesia.

This deck isnt as first turn as one would think though, it has a great recovery strategy using advicity, getting back 2 malicous and a plaguespreader can be huge.

Meta matchups 

[spoiler=Kozmo]This matchup is probably one of the harder ones due to not having that many ways to get over kozmo ships.
If you know you are facing off vs the kozmo deck you usually want to open with a rafflesia and a dark law. Dark law prevents tincan plays as well as rafflesia can send time-space to give you a turn for the OTK
Note that utopia the lightning is a pretty good option but you usually should have twin twisters with it so you dont get mojo'd

 

[spoiler=Burning Abyss]Probably one of the easiest matchups due to dark law.
Note that with rafflesia if you send a treacherous and have a dark law on the field you can banish the monsters instead of them going to the graveyard.

 

[spoiler=Monarchs]This is a bit more of an awkard matchup but again dark law is here to save you.
You usually want to go for a first turn dark law using the mali + dark law combo so you can go for a dark law and maybe a rafflesia.
Idea is that you dont let them for pantheism and get stormforth via the search.

I dunno if Dark Law completely solves Tin Can, tho you did specify it being paired with Rafflessia so I wanted to clarify:

 

The cards sent to grave will get banished so you do shut off Call, but since Dark Law forms a Chain to banish a card when added to hand, you can Chain Tin Can to summon the ship you added; so most likely in the face of Dark Law your opponent will reveal ships larger than 2400 (accounting for scenarios where Tin Can isn't summoned through etele at your EP)

You are completely right in that aspect but if im getting a card and still having no ship to deal with next turn im a happy man
