According to the Lufkin Police Department’s daily activity report, the Applebee’s employee who reported the alleged threats described Hershey’s statements as “nonchalant threats.”

“She said that she was unsure he was a danger but that she did not appreciate him talking like that,” the report stated.

When the Lufkin PD officers arrived on the scene, they learned that Hershey had been sitting in the restaurant’s bar area for about 45 minutes.

A bartender told the officers that Hershey got upset when his order of boneless wings didn’t come out as quickly as he wanted, and he made threats about “shooting the place up,” the report stated.

The woman told police that Hershey then alluded to the Orlando massacre and said, “Cops couldn’t protect them. What makes you think they can protect y’all.”

Hershey alleged refused to cooperate when the LPD officers tried to take him into custody.

When asked if he had made a threatening statement, Hershey responded, “I know because 49 people got shot,” the report stated.

Well, the main point of problem here is "patience"...this guy lacks patience which drives him nuts and made him prison.....I suppose Patience is quite scarce these days......

But making a threat is quite strange and obscure indeed, since it requires bravery and insanity......., and a formidable looking face

Hope nobody goes into panic from this case.....
