1x Scout

1x Monolith

3x Helix

2x Carrier

2x Stealth

3x Demise

3x Pantheism

3x Tenacity

3x Stormforth

1x Frost Blast

2x Summoner's Art

3x Duality

1x Upstart

1x Saqlifice

2x Lose 1 Turn

2x Rivalry

2x Strike

1x Warning

1x Vanity's

1x Skill Drain

1x Qlimate Change

1x Re-Qliate

Really simple idea, but very effective. The Moanrch Spell engine gives me consistency, draw power, pluses and easy access to Stormforth, which makes Dark Destroyer (among other things) easy to out, even though Qli in general struggles with it. I've opened either Scout all but one game I've played so far and even then I opened Saqlifice, which is almost as good.

Not sure if this idea has been done before, but I've never seen it.

mmk maybe it's just me but I never open scout unless I have Summoner's Art or Frontline Observer and that's sad

I wonder if the monster lineup is a bit meager, even for a deck like this. One or two more big monsters may help you use tenacity to a greater effect, or just keep yourself from being outresourced. This especially considering you only have 1 Reqliate, meaning you may struggle to bring out another stealth.

Everything else seems fine, unless you want to guarantee your scout.

You should be pro and run Limiter Removal xD

Joke aside, I cannot give advice, suggestions nor anything since I have no experience with Demise Qlips (nor in the latest TCG format for that matter) but out of curiosity I once looked at some builds, and this looks solid enough in comparison.

If anything, I wonder if the single Upstart and the aforementioned Frost Blast are truly worth it.

The ratios so far have been absolutely fine, never had an issue with too few monsters. Frost Blast is actually pretty good just as the extra discard fodder for Pantheism that does something in the Grave. I don't often use its first effect. Ofc I pretty much never access the Extra, but it's there just in case. To be honest, the only thing I've had an issue with is the sparsity of the backrow, since I run so many Spells. I might consider taking the Upstart out maybe for a Bottomless or something.
