If Spirit Reaper is targeted by Raiza's effect while it's face-up' date=' it gets spun first, before it's effect would resolve and blow it up right?

[/quote']

Chains activate backwards. Raiza's effect activates. Reapers effect is chained to the targeting of Raiza's effect. Provided no effect is chained to the effect of Spirit Reaper, Spirit Reaper's effect activates, destroying it, then Raiza's effect disappears.

Not true. Spirit Reaper's effect activates after the effect affecting it works, so Raiza returns SR to the deck.

My mistake. Anyone know the chance of pulling Armed Wing in Raging Battle SE?

My mistake. Anyone know the chance of pulling Armed Wing in Raging Battle SE?

About a 3.6% chance according to the Konami rate of distribution. However, it may vary by area. For example, in southern california (the only known hot-spot for armed wing) you have about a 15% chance. If you live in the american midwest good luck, it's the only known cold-zone for armed wing/armor master. It's ratio is about .5% per special edition. You could buy 200 SE packs and only get 1. XD Lulz

I'm guessing that includes Utah. Sucks for me.

Konami distribution records, you can just email them and they will tell you which production sites ship where, and from that you can determine the chances of pulling [insert card name here] out of a pack from that area.

3.6% for an armed wing is the world national average.

Well, I thought I understood how this worked, but apparently not...

Can I tribute Scapegoat Tokens/Doomsday Tokens for a Plasma since it is a special summon?

Grand Mole vs Catastor

I'm guessing turn player wins?

Both activate simultaneously. Because Grand Mole is Optional while Catastor is Mandatory, Grand Mole is Chain Link 2 and Catastor is Chain Link 1. Therefore, Grand Mole resolves first, and by the time Catastor resolves, Grand Mole isn't on the field, so Catastor fizzles.

Grand Mole wins.

Seriously? I thought Cata doesn't even activate until after Mole resolved (or chose not to)' date=' who I thought responded directly to the attack declaration.

Neo-Spacian Grand Mole's text explicitly states that its effect activates in the Damage Step, not the Battle Step.

Huh... yeah, I'm an idiot.
