Does Neos Alius count as a 'Neos' monster for Divine Neos?

Yes it does. In fact Darkness Neosphere also counts as a Neos monster.

Neo Space Pathfinder cannot be used as a Fusion Material for a "Neos" monster in the TCG apparently, though in the OCG it can...

In the TCG, there is a space in Neo Space. In the OCG it's Neospace, hence making Neospace Conductor a Neos monster. The lack of a BKSS for Pathfinder/Conductor saying it counts as a Neos monster disappoints me.

If I have 2 "Iron Core of Koa'ki Meiru" in my Graveyard during my Draw Phase' date=' can I add both to my hand as a result of their effects chaining? Or just 1?

Also, if I choose to draw during my Draw Phase, can I still activate the core's second effect and discard a Koa to add it?

To the first:

No. They aren't going to be working like Sinister Serpent for wild discard advantage.

To the second: I think you can, I definitely do when I play them
