About question number 1. So if I destroy a face-down Man Eater Bug with either a Monarch Effect or Nobleman of the Crossout, it cannot activate its effect?

I wish. I honestly doubt you'll find anything speedy for under 100, unless you count Glads. And yes, they are cheap now. Most of their requirements are commons, excluding War Chariot, which you can get for about 10 USD.

Unless it says otherwise, "once per turn" means your turn.

Unless it says otherwise, "once per turn" means your turn.

 

EDIT: I misunderstood the post. Yes, it's only during the controller's turn.

Lets say my field has 3 Union Monsters, and a monster that I can equip it to.

Could I equip all 3 Unions to 1 monster, if I have The Emperor's Holiday out, and then destroy Emperor's Holiday with Space Typhoon, what would happen with the Union monsters?

Technicly they would have no effect while Emperor's Holiday is in effect, but would still be equipped. And Im assuming the "Only 1 Union at a time" part is simililar to that, of the Alien's "Decrese by 300" A-Counter effect. Its not an actual ruling, its just part of the effect.

 

The lolwiki doesnt really say anything, so Im just wondering what would happen, in said situation.

I at least want some sort of feedback to it.

I would think that you would select 2 Unions monsters to be destroyed. The effect on each Union says (Only 1 Union monster can be equipped to a monster at a time).

That's really tricky. I think while in monster form, the unions would not allow themselves to be equipped due to the presence of a union monster (I.E., the effect will matter even when not in equip form)

Regardless of EH, you can only equip 1 union at a time. Thats like saying Hey Im going to play skill drain in my Six Sam deck to have multiple Grandmasters on the field at 1 time. NEVER GONNA HAPPEN!

Because the effects of both these cards are Continuous, they will only work when the remain face-up. When they are destroyed, their effects stops immediatly, so Banisher and Macro are sent to the Graveyard.

Read Macro Cosmos. Silent Insect is removed from play by the effect of Macro Cosmos.

Flip Effect monsters are always refured Monsters with card effects that have FLIP: in the begining of their effects. So no, if you hit a face-down Locust Swarm, Nobleman will not remove other copies of Locust Swarm.

IV. Can I attack with 1 monster (to test my opponents set cards, so to speak), then activate RftDD and attack with the rest of my newly summoned monsters?

1 - I believe it says Flip Summoned. So unless you manually flip it during your Main Phase, it shall not activate.

 

2 - No.

 

3 - It wouldn't remove 3 from play, they are not FLIP monsters.

 

4 - Yes.

2 - Is that a yes or no? ._. After reading on Yu-Gi-Oh! Wikia, stating that Flip Summons are not considered Normal Summon, so I guess it cannot be negated by By Order of the Emperor.
