Dark Seraphim
So my opponent has 2 face down's and i have a face up hand of the six samurai. My turn: Draw - summon Yaichi with prio - destroy s/t #1Opponent: Chain s/t #2 (Book Of Moon) on Hand Opponent:"Yaichi's effect disapears because there isn't a other six smaurai on the field"Me: "Yaichi's effect goes through because when it was activated there was a other six samurai" Who's right? -----------------------------------------------------So my opponent has Barbaros with 1900 atk on the field and a face-down s/t, my field is clean. My Turn: Draw - Summon Zanji - Sp. Summon Grandmaster - Zanji attacks BarbarosOpponent: Chain Skill Drain Opponent:"Zanji's effect doesn't go through because his effect is negated"Me:"In this case Zanji's effect activates in the grave so skill drain can't negate it" Who's right? Chaos Flame
I'd say you would be right. The effect was activated while you controlled another six samurai. Similar to trap hole against a monarch, the effect still activates. Besides, on the six samurai it doesn't specify that they have to be face-up :). But I suppose they would have to be face-up. In this ruling the same would work if there are no other face up six sams. So the effect would fizzle. Zanjis effect doesn't activate in the graveyard. Monsters aren't destroyed until the end step of the battle. So It will be negated by skill drain.
burnpsy
Spirit of the Six Samurai is revived by Double-Edged Sword Technique, along with another Six Sam. It equips to the other revived Six Sam. What happens? Also, Unions, Field Barrier, Rainbow Ruins, etc. VS Field Nukes. What happens? Also, could someone explain what the strategy behind Gadgets is? Lonk
The strategy behind gadgets by what I see is to gather all 3 of them on the field so that some machines with effects involving them would benefit from them.

Only the newer unions starting with heavy mech support platform will protect the equipped monster from destruction outside of battle. The field nuke will destroy all but the protected card(s). Dad
A fusion monster's effect states that it cannot be Special Summoned except by Fusion Summon. The summon is successful, but it is destroyed next turn. Can it be brought back from the grave via Call of the Haunted?

Namo™
If I use Dark Fusion to Special Summon a Evil Hero Inferno Wing, and attack on the turn it's summoned, will it be affected by Ordeal of a Traveler return effect?
J-Max
Just a quick question regarding Lightsworn Wulf. If Multiples of them are sent to the Grave at once would that start a Chain? I'm hoping to try a Lightsworn + Chain Link Combo Deck.

Junk Raver
Hmm first time ive posted here i think. If i had Powerhand & Machiners frontline on the field, during the end phase my powerhand was destroyed because i didnt reveal a trap, would machiners frontline work? Then if it does, i use machiners frontline to bring out scrap recycler, before the End Phase ends, will the newly summoned Scrap recycler get to activate its effect of returning 2 Level 4 earth monsters from my Graveyard to the Deck, because of Recyclers non optional effect? This is an ignition effect that can only be activated during the main phase.

賢狼ホロ
1. If a face-down flip effect monster is destroyed (outside battle) it can still activate its effect, right? 2. Can Thestalos the Firestorm Monarch's effect still be activated when Macro Cosmos is on the field, as it specifically state that the card is supposed to be discarded to the graveyard? 3. Can one activate the effect of Exiled Force if it is attacked while in face-down position? 4. Does piercing effects activate when they are summoned, so that they can be negated by By Order of the Emperor? 5. Different Dimension Capsule stays on the field, even though it is not a Continuous Spell Card? 6. If Different Dimension Capsule is destroyed/removed from play, can you still add the card removed form play? 7. Any card removed from play by Different Dimension Capsule, could it be summoned with Returning from the Different Dimension or similar effect, even though it is face-down? 8. If Banisher of the Radiance is destroyed, is it removed from play? When is its effect negated?
burnpsy
What's a good decktype that can be built for $100 or less? Meta or no? Either.1. If a face-down flip effect monster is destroyed (outside battle) it can still activate its effect' date=' right? [b']No.[/b] 2. Can Thestalos the Firestorm Monarch's effect still be activated when Macro Cosmos is on the field, as it specifically state that the card is supposed to be discarded to the graveyard? The enemy card is discarded, therefore being RFP'd, and they still take damage if it's a monster. 3. Can one activate the effect of Exiled Force if it is attacked while in face-down position? It can only be activated during your turn. 4. Does piercing effects activate when they are summoned, so that they can be negated by By Order of the Emperor? Piercing never activates. IIRC, they're Continuous and cannot be Divine Wrath'd and such. 5. Different Dimension Capsule stays on the field, even though it is not a Continuous Spell Card? Yes. 6. If Different Dimension Capsule is destroyed/removed from play, can you still add the card removed form play? No. Also, most ways to get the card back won't work either. RFPing a monster with it will not allow you to bring it back with RftDD, because it's face-down. 7. Any card removed from play by Different Dimension Capsule, could it be summoned with Returning from the Different Dimension or similar effect, even though it is face-down? See Previous answer.
