I would compare it more closely to Shura and Hydrogedon. If that helps.

I want to know if I can Inferno Reckless Summon.

That would be a no. Both effects are still within the damage step.

Can someone help me out? I've never been able to understand exactly what happens during battle' date=' like the Damage Step and this and the other. And somehow "missing the timing" because of something like that =/ Can someone explain this for me?

[/quote']

Okay, TL;DR

The battle phase has a couple of steps.

Attack declaration

Damage Step

End Step.

Attack declaration is just that. Declare an attack and see if there is a response. If there is no response from either player, move to the damage step.

The damage step has a bunch of rules that says that if card effects doesn't specifically state "Damage Step" or "Damage Calculation" It cant be activated. There are however some exceptions. Those would be your Negate effects like Prime material dragon and Stardust dragon. Cards that Directly Modify ATK and DEF like shrink and Rush recklessly. And Counter traps. This also means that cards like Mirror force and Waboku can not be used in this step.

End Step. This comes at the end of the damage step where monster effects resolve like Giant rat and Sangan. THIS IS STILL PART OF THE DAMAGE STEP so the amount of cards you can activate is still limited. Flip effects are also activated here.

Missing the timing. This is when an optional effect collides with another action, whether it be the summoning of another monster or another effect. To not miss the timing on the card the last thing to happen must be the placement of the card. IE Petten going to the graveyard must be the last thing that happens in order to activate its effect. That means that if you use Petten as a tribute summon for a monarch you will miss the timing. Reason for this is that the last thing that happened was the summoning of your monarch and the monarchs effect.

can someone explain what would happen after this happens

future fution summons cydratech overdragon' date=' activate dimension explosion

[/quote']

lolz

You bring back 2 RFP'd cards, return Overdragon to the Extra Deck, then everything on your side is sent to the graveyard. xD

Simple enough chain to follow, really.

You forgot to mention that you gave your opponent 1-2 monsters.

is an allured card sent to the grave instead with iron wall

"Allure of Darkness" (or "Common Charity"' date=' etc.) cannot be activated while "Imperial Iron Wall" is active. If you activate "Allure of Darkness" and "Imperial Iron Wall" is chained, after drawing 2 cards you will reveal 1 DARK Monster from your hand, and the revealed DARK Monster remains in your hand. If you do not have any DARK Monsters in your hand, your entire hand is sent to the Graveyard.[/quote']

Can gales effect activate during the damage step

No.

how would an answer to this be beneficial to anyone?

I was bored and decided to look for some more useless trivia. >.> Therefore, I will have another piece of worthless information to quiz completely and utterly random people on for no apparent reason (I do that a lot xD).

If you Divine Wrath/Stardust/otherwise negate (or destroy in the grave) Stardust Dragon/Assault Mode' date=' does your opponent get regular Stardust back? I'd assume not...

[/quote']

No card can destroy a card in the Graveyard. It simply skips that effect and continues with the rest. That means that, in this case, he wouldn't get Stardust Dragon back because Stardust Buster tributed himself.

Player 1 still has an empty spot. He can chain it to his own Solemn Judgment.
