A player is alowed to chain multiple burgesstoma traps from the graveyard when a trap card is activated?

You cannot. The cards are Chained the same way you Chain something that negates an activation, in must be in direct response to whatever you're Chaining to, so you can't Chain more than one at a time, since it's no longer the same.

fusion subsitute monster cannot be used if the other material isnt specifically listed right? for example for ultimate ancient gear golem (Golem + 2 AG monster), fusion cannot be performed with 2 ancient gear monster + king of the swamp as golem ?

You can still use them, but the other ones must be correct.

Why doesn't Trishula target?

If it doesn't target, how do you pick your TARGETS?

It doesn't target because it affects the hand, which cannot be "targeted". You pick which cards you banish from the Field and Graveyard (and a card is randomly chosen from the hand) when Trishula resolves. As such, your opponent will not know what cards you want to affect until you're doing it, which is after they got an opportunity to chain to the effect.

Trishula does not target. Therefore, you don't pick any targets. You choose what cards to banish during the resolution of its effect.

To be fairly honest though, that is not the true reason. You can easily target a card on the field and in the Graveyard, then banish those targets and 1 card in the hand at resolution. Not targeting entails more than simply dodging "cannot be targeted" effects (as you have noted); it does not target simply because it doesn't. Just like how Artifact Moralltach doesn't target simply because it doesn't.
