does the field spell anchient forests second effect target at the end of the bphase???

Future Vision is the most similar card I could find' date=' and that card targets.

Nothing is sure, though.

im thinking iv found a new tech for lightsworns then

Not bad....

But you'd need to run 3 of 'em. I don't really like that.

It's better to wait for official rulings, though.

[a card similar to] Final Attack Orders + Level Limit Area - B + LV4 monster

If the opponent has a monster, and I have a face-down Enemy Controller, is this considered an Infinite Loop if I intend to use Enemy Controller after the monster changes its battle position a certain amount of times?

Zombie World VS DNA Surgery

What happens?

Well, there are only OCG rulings about that:

Vs. "DNA Surgery": Which ever card is activates last has its effect applied (although "Zombie World" will continue to affect the Graveyard and prevent Tribute Summons). Also, if "DNA Surgery" is activated after "Zombie World", then Tribute Summoning an originally Zombie-Type monster is still allowed (even though it is a non-Zombie-Type monster when it is on the field).

I should apply in the TCG

Can I remove Drago to SS REDRUM?

No. Same as trying to use Pachycephalo in a Synchro Summon.

Why can't you?? =/

Because the rulings state that you can't.

>.< I was thinking Magna Drago rather than Koa'ki Meiru... =/ I got it now ;) I love this thread xD

Lulz....

But why the hell wouldn't you be able to remove Magna Drago for REDMD?

o.0 That's what confused me...

I got another question, but I forgot it due to band. So I'll ask in a little bit =P ...when I remember

If "Level Limit - Area B" is activated while "Final Attack Orders" is active' date=' then the most recently resolved effect takes precedence and monsters Level 4 or higher will be in Defense Position.[/quote']

Yes.

That number must also either be 0 or 15. Nothing in between.

Actually I believe they changed it to any number between 0 and 15

http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Side_Deck

Though lolwiki is not a good source' date=' I do recall more people saying this.

One of the things I was never sure about.

[/quote']

I pretty sure it's in the newest rulebook, if i can find mine I'll scan it and post.

You are correct. It used to be 0 or 15, but they changed the rule.

Batteryman monsters.

Do face-down Batterymen count for their effects? They never specify.

EDIT: For example' date=' 3x Batteryman AA are summoned, the opponent chains Book of Moon to Short Circuit. How much ATK is left on the Bateryman AAs?

[/quote']

I believe it's 2000 because you can't normally check that (even though you know it in this case).

Can someone explain tiers to me?

Tier 1 = all decks that have made the Top 16 in the last Regionals.

Tier 2 = all other competitive decks.

Tier 3 = all non-competitive decks.

Here are some examples for the end of last format:

Tier 1 = Synchro Cat, Blackwings, Lightsworns, GBs

Tier 2 = Plants, Monarchs, Absolute Zero, etc.

Tier 3 = Water Dragon deck.

And Tier 0

God mode :D

If there is a face-up Stumbling and I summon a Gadget do I get another one or I miss the timing.
