Ok' date=' I understand the difference in the texts and that wording, in this game, is everything... But I don't get it. They mean the same thing don't they? =/ Why two categories?

A full Nomi monster can only ever be Summoned by its own condition - no exceptions. A Semi-Nomi monster, however, can be Special Summoned by another effect like Call of the Haunted as long as it was properly Special Summoned by its own effect earlier in the duel.

Yu-Gi-Oh has a lot of things like that where a minor wording difference has important implications that are impossible to figure out without having prior knowledge of what they mean. It seems self-contradictory to me - Yugimonz tries to avoid having keywords like Magic does (such as Flying, Vigilance, etcetera), but instead it has regular text with such non-obvious meanings that it essentially functions as a keyword but doesn't look like a keyword, which just makes things worse.

are ther any cards that place light or fairy monsters into your hand from the graveyard?

Monster Reincarnation and Beckoning Light are two. I'm not sure about what else though' date=' but I believe there are probably a few more.

If Canyon is on the field, and my opponent's Kuriboh (just as an example) equipped with MY Big Bang Shot attacks my defense-position Fossil Tusker, Does my opponent takes 700 or 1400 damage?

The way the card is worded, no.

Wich card? I know that my opponent takes the damage when he attacks with my bbs.

Oh wait, sorry, I actually reversed who controlled which card. Yeah, your opponent takes double damage in this situation.

Besides what Mystery Guest named' date=' I can only think think of Archangel Christia.

Another way of reusing your Fairies, though not exactly consistent, is using Layard the Liberator. You can remove your monsters with Macro Cosmos / Dimensional Fissure, but that'll destroy any strategy that involves sending Fairies to the Graveyard as a cost, like Honest, Heralds of [blank'] Light, Hanewata, which I assumed your strategy was all about.

So, if that was what you wanted, a better way of removing your cards from play will be Soul of Purity and Light. However, to make the strategy work, you'll need Layard, Soul of Purity and Light, a Counter Trap and the cards you want to reuse. This won't happen too often.

Why isn't the card Scrap-Iron Scarecrow(I think thats the name) banned from the game? My bro has one and he just repetitivly uses it so I can't attack and then he gets to Set it again and it spoils the game? Also has some one got an idea on how to beat this Scrap-Iron Scarecrow strategy? Im really desperate on how to beat the strategy.

Why should it be banned?

How is that a question?

If you mean, by 'Scrap-Iron Scarecrow strategy', what your brother does with it, just explain to him that he is cheating and show him the line in the rule book that says that you can't activate a Trap card during the turn it was set.

Scrap-Iron Scarecrow can only be activated once per turn. All you need to do is swarm/MST/Heavy/Trunade/Breaker it. It's relatively easy to overcome.
