Except the monster did not require 2 Tributes. It required only 1 when used with Kaiser Sea Horse. You do not draw in this situation.

Are you sure? Because Kaiser Sea Horse says "You can treat this 1 monster as 2 Tributes".

Also, if you Forbidden Lance a monster while Skill Drain is on the field, does it get its effect back for the rest of that turn?

Question on older cards that deal with "Equip Spell Cards" like Guardian Ceal: Can they use any equipped card for their effect, or just Equip[ped] spells?

I'm not entirely positive, but Ceal should only be allowed to use Equip Spells, because it specifically designates Equip Spells. Traps that become equip cards cannot be used, and neither can monsters that equipped.

I see no reason why you would NOT draw for Precious. You did use 2 Tributes, it was just in the form of 1 monster. I did not find a ruling that either confirms or contradicts this, though.

And yes, you would get your effect(s) back for the turn, as the effect of Skill Drain is negating the Monster Effect.

Yes, I am sure. You need 2 tributes. Using Double Tribute monsters like Kaiser Sea Horse only counts as the monster requiring 1 Tribute for the sake of Precious Cards from Beyond.

You cannot reference Kaiser Sea Horse's effect as it has nothing to do with what Precious Cards from Beyond is asking. Precious Cards from Beyond simply asks for how many Tributes the monster summoned required. The Tribute Summon DID NOT REQUIRE 2 Tributes because you used something like Kaiser Sea Horse that allowed it to make it 1 Tribute. It does not matter how many Tributes that one Tribute was "worth".

"When you successfully Tribute Summon or Set... a monster that required 2 or more Tributes..." That Light and Darkness Dragon that you Tribute Summoned using Kaiser Sea Horse; Was it summoned using 2 Tributes? Or was it summoned with only 1 Tribute with a monster who was being treated as 2?

Precious Cards from Beyond will only see it as said Tribute Summon requiring only 1 Tribute. You will not draw 2 cards this way.

Is a monster affected by Skill Drain if it flips itself face-down as a cost?

Which monster flips itself face-down as a cost? In any case, if for any reason a monster had been removed from the field or was flipped face-down before its Chain Link can resolve, it will not be negated by Skill Drain. Your monster's effect would not be negated.

Question on older cards that deal with "Equip Spell Cards" like Guardian Ceal: Can they use any equipped card for their effect, or just Equip[ped] spells?

While I can't Speak for Guardian Ceal, I do know that "Tailor of the Fickle", which also states "Equip Spell Cards", can be used on any Equip Card whose effect targets a monster on the field to be equipped at activation. You can use it on Traps that have become Equip Cards (such as Horn of the Phantom Beast and Kunai with Chain), as well as Monsters whose effects allow them to become Equip Cards (such as Brain Jacker and Dark Necrofear).

I suppose it doesn't help to say it since that doesn't answer whether Guardian Ceal can use it, but I suppose its possible.

If I have an Xyz monster on the field with 3 overlay units, and my opponent plays Just Desserts, do I take the additional points of damage for my overlay units?

Nope. Xyz Materials do not count as being on the field and are therefore unaffected by all effects that revolve around monsters on the field. Similarly, Sangan does not search since it isn't sent from the field.

While Dimmensional Fissure is on the field and a player's Xyz Monster detatches a Material, does it bypass D-Fissure? And would it also bypass Macro Cosmos?

Yes and no, respectively.

Xyz Materials are not monsters. They will go to the Graveyard when detached. But they are still cards and will be banished if Macro/Banisher are on the Field.

Doppelwarrior is used as Synchro Material for Black Rose Dragon. Black Rose decides to nuke.

Which one happens first, the nuking (therefore the just-summoned tokens avoid destruction) or the tokens summoning (which makes the tokens also get destroyed)?

Or would Doppelwarrior 'miss the timing', a concept I'm still vague about?

Doppelwarrior is mandatory, so it becomes chain link 1, to which Black Rose's optional trigger effect on summon will then chain to. The field is nuked, and then the tokens are summoned.

Missing the timing is to do with the wording on cards, essentially saying the combinations of:

"If + Mandatory"

"If + You can"

"When + Mandatory"

Will never miss timing.

Only "When + You can" can miss the timing. To have the correct timing, its activation timing or trigger must be the last thing to occur.
