evilfusion
Two questions... Can TKRO negate Trag? Also, what happens to Trag when Gale uses his effect on him? 1) No. TKRO cannot negate SSes that occur due to the resolution of a card effect. Tragoedia's SS starts a chain, so it, like Gorz, cannot be stopped by Rai-Oh or Judgment. 2) Darkwolf and I explained this in the thread about Slifer. It's the exact same thing, except 600 ATK instead of 1000. Tragoedia's ATK at the time of Gale's resolution is halved. Adding or subtracting cards from the hand after this, for as long as Tragoedia's ATK is halved, will not change Tragoedia's ATK.
Ieyasu Tokugawa
Does Wind-Up factory chain to the Wind-Up monsters activation?
evilfusion
Does Wind-Up factory chain to the Wind-Up monsters activation? No, it doesn't. Its effect starts a chain, making it similar to a Trigger Effect (but it says "If", so it won't miss the timing). Trigger Effects are Spell Speed 1, so it activates after a chain involving a Wind-Up activating has finished resolving. Not that aside from Quick-Plays, no Spell is considered Spell Speed 2, so it cannot chain to a Wind-Up activating.
Synchronized
If you tune Junk Synchron with Doppelwarrior for Junk Warrior, do the Doppel Tokens appear before Junk Warrior is Summoned, allowing Junk Warrior to gain 800 ATK?
Blake
If you tune Junk Synchron with Doppelwarrior for Junk Warrior, do the Doppel Tokens appear before Junk Warrior is Summoned, allowing Junk Warrior to gain 800 ATK?Doppel is optional, Warrior is not. WArrior activates, then Doppel, so Doppel resolves first. And, before you ask, with BRD you can choose if Doppel or BRD goes off first. The one that goes off first resolves last. I thought so then; would a similar situation apply with Dandylion/Torrential?
evilfusion
So you do gain the +800? I thought so then; would a similar situation apply with Dandylion/Torrential? Yes. Junk being mandatory is Link 1. Doppel is optional and is Link 2. The Tokens are Summoned, and then Junk resolves and gains ATK. Dandylion is a mandatory effect. It will activate as Link 1. Phantom Roxas
Is the ATK gain for Utopia Ray permanent, or does it last until the End Phase like the ATK loss of the opponent? It says "until the End Phase" at the end rather than the beginning, which suggests that only the ATK loss is temporary.

They both last until the End Phase.

Ieyasu Tokugawa
If I chain dimension wall to my to be attacked Reflect Bounder, do they both deal damage?Bounder would deal the effect damage and Wall would reflect the battle damage. So yes, they would both work.

evilfusion
If my howling insect is destroyed by battle whule verdant sanctuary is active, does one miss the timing, or do both activate? They are both Trigger-like effects with the same timing. They will chain together.

No. I actually answered it in your Deck thread, but I'll reiterate. You can Book a monster and Flip Summon it if all the following apply: - You did not Summon it that turn.- It did not declare an attack this turn.- It did not manually change its Battle Position this turn. A Flip Summon is considered a manual Battle Position change, so Spy fails criteria 3. Cannot use that combo.

This Account is Unplayable
If I use Phantom of Chaos on an Arcana Force monster, do I do the coin toss to decide the effect, get both effects, or get neither? You don't get any. The Arcana Force monsters specify that they only get their effects (The coin toss) when they're summoned, and Phantom of Chaos can only activate after it's been successfully summoned. And because without the toss they don't get their effects, PoC will only copy the stats and name. Can I set monsters when I special summon them? (if it isn't specifically stated)I know, a basic question. Unless it specifies to Special Summon in face-down defence position then no, you cannot. This Account is Unplayable
If I have two Second Coin Toss on the field, can I toss the coin up to three times or can the effects not stack? Second Coin Toss never stacks. If you have 3 on the field, you can re-do 3 separate coin tosses, but not re-do the same toss 3 times, for example.
