If I use DH on multiple Missing the Timing monsters(with a few other one as well), do they miss timing?

Does Swap Frog Miss timing with Inferno(when it is summoned with the same player's inferno)?

1) No. If you destroy Sangan (mandatory) and Naturia Cliff (optional) while Meklord Emperor Wisel is in hand, you can activate all 3 effects, because the last thing to resolve is monsters being destroyed by a card effect and being sent to the Graveyard.

Trigger Effects with the same timing triggered at the same time can activate on a chain.

Sangan as a mandatory effect will be Link 1. You can activate Wisel or Cliff as Link 2, and the third as Link 3.

2) Same as the above. If the last thing to resolve was the monsters being SSed by Inferno Reckless, they can activate on the same chain as the Trigger was "Monster successfully Special Summoned".

If I dust tornado gear town, does it miss the timing?

If you set a card, yes.

One other thing. If gem-knight lazuli is sent to the graveyard for Gem-Knight Fusions fusion summoning, does she miss the timing to activate?

No, as Fusions send at resolution, IE effect

if Darkstorm Dragon sends SUpervise to the graveyard for its effect, will its effect dissapear because its no longer an effect monster?

Its effect has already activated and will still resolve. Removing Supervise does not negate the effect.

If I dust tornado gear town, does it miss the timing?

Only if you do Set an S/T with its effect. Otherwise, the last thing to resolve is Geartown being destroyed.
