Phantasy Dreamz
So when a card says something like "Select 1 monster you control. Special Summon 1 monster from your hand whose equal to or less than half the the selected monster's level." And the selected monster is a level 7 (odd number), what's the level limit I can summon? Welche the crab
Half of 7 is 3.5, you can summon 3 and lower. (I have no idea but that seems logical)
evilfusion
Over Destiny has a similar effect. You'd round down for the monster's Level.
darkwolf777
Well, there is no actual rounding required. Half of 7 is 3.5. You may summon a monster whose level is 3.5 or lower
Resident Fascist
Well, there is no actual rounding required. Half of 7 is 3.5. .Nu-13
Unless the effect says "round up/round down", you don't do anything with the odd number.
evilfusion
Rounding only occurs with LP. You round up to 1 for LP. Everything else doesn't round unless it says so.
Welche the crab
That was so what I meant.
darkwolf777
That was the point of my post, i suppose. The card doesn't say to round the level at all. A monster whose level is 3.5 or lower is what you'll get.
Northern Sage
Does Verz-o'-Wisp's effect negation only work when it's on the field?
Ieyasu Tokugawa
Does Verz-o'-Wisp's effect negation only work when it's on the field?I'd assume it would work like Wattsquirrel (minus the Graveyard part) and say it works even if Verz-o'-Wisp is removed fromt he field. evilfusion
Verz-O-Wisp's effect applies regardless of whether Wisp survives.
Airride
If I use DH on multiple Missing the Timing monsters(with a few other one as well), do they miss timing?Does Swap Frog Miss timing with Inferno(when it is summoned with the same player's inferno)? evilfusion
If I use DH on multiple Missing the Timing monsters(with a few other one as well), do they miss timing?Does Swap Frog Miss timing with Inferno(when it is summoned with the same player's inferno)? 1) No. If you destroy Sangan (mandatory) and Naturia Cliff (optional) while Meklord Emperor Wisel is in hand, you can activate all 3 effects, because the last thing to resolve is monsters being destroyed by a card effect and being sent to the Graveyard. Trigger Effects with the same timing triggered at the same time can activate on a chain. Sangan as a mandatory effect will be Link 1. You can activate Wisel or Cliff as Link 2, and the third as Link 3. 2) Same as the above. If the last thing to resolve was the monsters being SSed by Inferno Reckless, they can activate on the same chain as the Trigger was "Monster successfully Special Summoned". Not-so-Radiant Arin
If I dust tornado gear town, does it miss the timing? No. It works the same as MST.
CommanderVolt
One other thing. If gem-knight lazuli is sent to the graveyard for Gem-Knight Fusions fusion summoning, does she miss the timing to activate?
Blake
If I dust tornado gear town, does it miss the timing? If you set a card, yes. One other thing. If gem-knight lazuli is sent to the graveyard for Gem-Knight Fusions fusion summoning, does she miss the timing to activate? No, as Fusions send at resolution, IE effect
evilfusion
if Darkstorm Dragon sends SUpervise to the graveyard for its effect, will its effect dissapear because its no longer an effect monster? Its effect has already activated and will still resolve. Removing Supervise does not negate the effect. If I dust tornado gear town, does it miss the timing? Only if you do Set an S/T with its effect. Otherwise, the last thing to resolve is Geartown being destroyed.
Ieyasu Tokugawa
No, as Fusions send at resolution, IE effectHe's asking if it misses the timing, not whether it's an effect or not. Still works though because If.
evilfusion
Yeah, Lazuli says "If", which never misses the timing.
